Survey: Issues of management, operation and maintenance of multi-apartment buildings
The goal of this survey is to highlight the current problems of building management, operation and maintenance, the possibilities of their solution, to discuss the mentioned problems with specialists in the field and to develop a report on results through in-depth interviews with the heads of condominiums of multi-apartment buildings in Yerevan.
The survey was conducted in the frames of "De-Risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits" Project, funded by the Green Climate Fund and being implemented by United Nations Development Programme under coordination of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia.
