UNDP experts, together with representatives of the Yerevan Municipality Project Implementation Office, visited kindergartens No. 36 և 49 in Yerevan, where renovation works are underway.

The retrofit of the kindergartens is implemented by the Երևանի քաղաքապետարան / Yerevan Municipality, co-financed by the Europeaninvestbank (EIB), the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P), and the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

Seismic surveys, energy audits, development of designs as well as technical and author supervision of kindergartens was carried out within the frames of technical assistance provided by the UNDP-GCF “De-risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits” Project.
